1.- Create a MATA Abogados account for you
2.- Send you information about MATA Abogados (you may unsubscribe from receiving future mailings; following the procedure in each information sent)
3.- Contact you about service or products updates when they occur or to notify you of changes. MATA Abogados uses unique identifiers to verify your identity in case you forget your password, unsubscribe and to give a personal treatment.

Your Personal Information and Our Commitment

MATA Abogados will not sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available personally identifiable information about you to any third party (outwith the MATA Abogados group and partners) without first receiving your permission except as permitted by law or when expressly stated herein.


MATA Abogados has other companies to provide services that may give a better service for the purpose to introduce, show and explain the products and promotions that we provide. MATA Abogados site and services provide you the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving communications from us. To be removed from the mailing list, select the unsubscribe option that is included on every email communication you receive from MATA Abogados. Notification of Changes

If MATA Abogados is going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection MATA Abogados will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not MATA Abogados uses your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted. Nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. Log Files / IP Addresses

Like most standard web site servers, MATA Abogados uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We also keep log files for technical reasons and the ability to trouble shoot problems:
- To allow MATA Abogados to measure server utilisation, and thus proactively scale the system.
- In order to track down and stop potential denial of service attacks
- In order for MATA Abogados to help troubleshoot customer NAT or proxy problems
